This function will create a data table listing various weather related crop growth parameters from user defined weather stations over user defined time periods.
Select the calendar year, date range within the growing season (starting May 01 each year), and either Parishes and/or Weather Stations of interest. The output will be a .csv file with data pertinent to the defined time and geographical references selected.
All data will be reported in metric units.
